Dispatch & Deliveries Policy

  • We endeavour to post your order on the day the order is placed or the next business day.

  • Express post orders placed before 11.00am (AEST) will be sent that day if possible. If there are any problems, we will call you.

  • The postage costs at checkout cover both postage and the processing and handling of your order.

  • The free postage offer is for Australia only and does not apply to Country WA or NT. The free postage offer does not apply to custom made orders.

  • If you live in these excluded areas and wish to place an order over $500.00, please email us for assistance at [email protected].

  • The items that are free postage will be sent via standard letter mail with no tracking.

  • All products have the correct weight. We offer Standard Post or Express Post via Australia Post and at times we will use Fastway Couriers

  • We do process and send all express orders placed on the day and within our cut off time frames in good faith and will not refund any extra express costs if for some reason the goods do not get there the next day. Once it leaves our warehouse it is in the loving hands of Australia Post.

  • WA & NT deliveries can take up to 6-8 working days even for express service.

  • We keep a fully stocked warehouse of products but in the event of high sales or any delay in products or orders being received you will be advised via email and the item will be back ordered and sent as quickly as possible.

  • No order is sent until payment is received and we offer the choice of Credit Card, MasterCard and Visa and AMEX only, Bank Transfer, Afterpay and PayPal. With bank transfers if payment is not received within 7 days we will email you and if no reply the order will be cancelled on the 8th day. Credit Card payments are through our secure site.

  • Should a product by any chance be faulty we will offer a money back guarantee and will arrange replacement products or a refund. As we are only human and have a very wide product range on offer, we do have several procedures in place before the goods leave our warehouse, however, in the unlikely event you receive a wrong item please contact us and, if possible, send a photo showing what was sent and we will organise pickup and replacement. If you make the wrong choice or your address details are incorrect the cost of resending or returning is on the buyer. Any claims must be made in writing within 7 days.
